It is a continuous type dryer which has conveyor belt
made up of stainless steel for transportation of material through oven for
drying/roasting/baking purpose. The size of this dryer is based on the
production capacity required. This dryer comes with a choice of heating
media from Electrical / Diesel /Gas.
It is similar to conveyorised dryer but instead of single belt it has three
belts inside the heating chamber for tossing of material. Due to the tossing
effect it gives very good result in drying/roasting/baking of any food
items. The size of this dryer is based on the production capacity required.
This dryer comes with a choice of heating media from Electrical / Diesel
/Gas.
Cooling conveyor is generally an extension used after
conveyorised dryer and three layer roasting oven. This can be provided in
line with the conveyor dryer to cool down the material for packing/other
processes.
